JOB OVERVIEW

Sabre Digital is a fast-growing London ecommerce growth agency. We scale Shopify brands through paid ads, Klaviyo retention and conversion-focused web builds. We work with around 20 UK and international DTC brands across fashion, footwear, supplements, jewellery, homeware and more.

We are hiring a full-time Meta Ads Manager to own media buying across our client accounts. This is a senior, hands-on role. You will be the Meta expert on the team, working alongside our Google Ads specialist, Klaviyo specialist, Shopify developer and a static ad designer who will produce creative under your direction.

Start date: ASAP
Hours: Full time, UK business hours (Monday to Friday)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, launch and manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple ecommerce brands
- Build full-funnel account structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
- Run Advantage+ Shopping, CBO/ABO and structured creative testing
- Scale winning campaigns profitably while protecting ROAS and CPA targets
- Brief our designer on new static and video creative based on data
- Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API and Shopify tracking
- Monitor accounts daily and act fast on spend, performance and delivery issues
- Report weekly on performance with clear insights and next actions
- Launch pre-launch and new brands from zero

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 2 years managing Meta ads for ECOMMERCE brands (this is essential, lead gen only experience will not be considered)
- Proven results scaling Shopify stores, with real numbers (spend managed, ROAS, revenue)
- Strong understanding of creative testing and what makes a winning ad
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts at the same time
- Solid knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, UTMs and attribution
- Excellent written English
- Able to work UK hours consistently
- Reliable internet, backup power and a quiet workspace

NICE TO HAVE
- UK or European market experience
- TikTok Ads experience
- Experience with Triple Whale, Motion or similar tools
- Agency background
