About Us

We are a U.S.-based ecommerce company that builds online apparel and merchandise collections for sports teams, schools, and community organizations.

We move quickly, care a lot about quality, and are building a repeatable workflow that helps stores launch fast.

We are a small team building something real. If you like clean systems, fast launches, and catching details other people miss, you will probably enjoy this role.

Overview

We are looking for a dependable full-time operator who can review artwork, make merchandising and product decisions, route design revisions when needed, approve cleaned files, trigger final production, and QA collections before they go live.

This is not a graphic design role.
This is not a customer support role.
This is an operations + merchandising + QA role.

What You’ll Do

review incoming logos and generated artwork options in our dashboard

choose the best usable artwork version

d ---------- whether a file can move forward as-is or needs cleanup by our design team

d ---------- which apparel colors a logo can go on based on contrast, readability, and visual quality

d ---------- which products the logo is a fit for

d ---------- whether the logo is suitable for embroidery

classify the logo type when needed (for example: crest, badge, shield, mascot, script, wordmark, emblem)

write clear revision notes for the production designer when cleanup is needed

review cleaned artwork when it comes back from design

approve it for final production or send it back with clear notes

trigger the final production step in the dashboard

QA the final collection and confirm products, mockups, and collection information are accurate before it goes live

Improve the System

We do not only want someone who follows the workflow. We also want someone who can help us improve it.

If you notice recurring errors, unclear rules, bottlenecks, or ways to make the process faster and more accurate, we want you to speak up and help us refine the system.

Examples of the decisions you’ll make

a red logo with no white outline may not work on a red shirt

a very detailed mascot may work for printing but not for embroidery

a logo may look better as a large center-chest design versus a left-chest design

a phone case, blanket, or flag may need a background color chosen from the logo palette so the product looks intentional

Hard Skills

strong written English

strong visual judgment

product QA / detail checking

comfort making repeated ecommerce or merchandising decisions quickly

ability to follow SOPs and leave clear notes for downstream teams

comfort working inside a dashboard / queue-based workflow

reliable high-speed internet

a backup plan for internet or power outages

Nice to Have

apparel merchandising

ecommerce product setup

catalog QA

sports/team/school merchandise experience

familiarity with embroidery limitations and print limitations

experience with logos, contrast/readability decisions, or product presentation

Soft Skills

highly detail-oriented

reliable

organized

fast without being careless

comfortable making decisions

able to communicate clearly and briefly

willing to follow a checklist and improve with feedback

What This Role Is Not

no original logo design

no customer support

no open-ended creative work

no full graphic design production work

Turnaround Expectations

Fast turnaround matters in this role. Our goal is to help launch stores within one business day. During agreed working windows, new tasks should be reviewed promptly and moved through the workflow without unnecessary delay. You should be comfortable working from a queue and helping us keep launch timelines on track.

Trial

We will start with a paid practical trial using real examples. The trial is used to assess judgment, accuracy, written communication, and consistency. If the fit is strong, this becomes an ongoing full-time role.

How to Apply

Please send:

A short introduction about your background

Your experience with ecommerce, product QA, apparel, merchandising, or visual decision-making

Your time zone and the hours you can work

A sentence confirming that you are comfortable with a paid practical trial

Short answers to these questions:

A. A logo is mostly red and the selected shirt colors are red, black, white, and gray. How would you d ---------- which shirt colors to approve?

B. A customer uploads a logo with a very thin, light-yellowscript font intended for a white t-shirt. What is your immediate decision, and what specific note do you leave for the design team if you d ---------- it needs a revision?

C. Describe a role where you had to make fast judgment calls and check details carefully.

D. Tell us about a time you improved a process, checklist, or workflow instead of only following it.

E. Are you comfortable in a long-term full-time role that may grow with the business?
