JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing ecommerce brand in the celebration space looking for a reliable, execution-focused tea ---------- mber who can support daily operations, marketing, and content execution.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who can execute quickly, stay organized, and keep things moving without constant follow-up.

Core Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (GoHighLevel)
• Set up and schedule email campaigns in GoHighLevel
• Build and manage email workflows
• Import and manage customer lists
• Design clean, on-brand email layouts

Shopify Store Management – HIGH PRIORITY
• Upload and update products
• Write and format product descriptions
• Organize collections and ensure products are live and accurate

Social Media Execution & Engagement
• Post and schedule content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write captions aligned with brand voice
• Respond to comments and messages
• Engage with the audience consistently

Analytics & Optimization
• Review performance across social media and email
• Track engagement and key metrics
• Identify what is working and adjust execution accordingly

Content Support & Creation
• Support content creation (video + static)
• Design graphics for emails, promotions, and social media
• Assist with campaign execution

GHL (GoHighLevel) Execution
• Set up funnels and landing pages
• Connect forms, workflows, and automations
• Maintain and update systems

Daily Execution Support
• Execute tasks assigned by the CEO quickly and accurately
• Keep projects moving without being chased
• Support day-to-day operations

Requirements
• Experience with Shopify (required)
• Experience with GoHighLevel (required)
• Experience with email marketing and workflows
• Experience posting on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience with engagement and performance tracking
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Video editing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Needs constant direction
• Only has social media experience (no ecommerce)
• Cannot design graphics or emails
• Is slow to respond or misses deadlines
