JOB OVERVIEW

Ecommerce Growth & Marketplace Manager (Shopify + Amazon)
We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the coffee/kitchen space looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Growth & Marketplace Manager to help scale our Shopify and Amazon sales.
This is a remote role . You will work directly with the founder and manage a small remote team (content, influencer outreach, and design). To Apply You MUST have verifiable experience growing brands on both Shopify and Amazon ecommerce platforms. ONLY Applicants that meet this criteria will be considered.

What You Will Own
Shopify Growth
Improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall store performance
Optimize product pages (images, copy, offers, bundles)
Identify and fix drop-offs and friction points
Ensure traffic converts into sales
Amazon Growth
Audit and improve listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content)
Monitor performance, reviews, and account health
Identify ways to increase sales and reduce returns
Improve listing quality and customer experience
Brand & Product Strategy Implementation
Implement our brand and product strategy across Shopify, Amazon, content, and packaging
Ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and premium presentation
Translate founder-led strategy into clear execution plans for the team
Customer Experience & Operations
Monitor customer messages, reviews, and feedback
Identify root causes of returns and complaints
Implement improvements to reduce issues and improve satisfaction
Execution & Team Management
Manage:
Content/Creative VA
Influencer/Outreach VA
Packaging/Graphic Designer
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Turn strategy into weekly execution plans
Content & Growth Support
Ensure content supports sales and brand positioning
Coordinate deployment across Shopify, Amazon, and social
Support influencer and creator initiatives
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide clear weekly reports:
what was done
results
insights
next actions
Improve workflows, systems, and execution speed over time

Requirements
3+ years experience in Shopify ecommerce
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Proven ability to improve store performance (not just manage)
Experience managing VAs or remote teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written English and communication

Important
This is a hands-on role.?You will both execute and manage, not just give direction.
