JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This isn't a "design pretty graphics" role, we need someone who knows how to craft conversion-focused visuals that stop the scroll and drive sales.

This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time (increased hours and pay) for the right person once we've worked together and seen consistent results.

Responsibilities

- Design high-performing static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Display

- Create website brand assets: hero banners, product page images, landing page images, and promotional graphics

- Build ad creatives with strong headlines, benefit-driven copy layout, and scroll-stopping visuals

- Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Flux, or similar) to produce supporting imagery, backgrounds, and creative elements.

- Study ad libraries and competitor creative (using tools like Foreplay) to spot winning formats and bring fresh concepts to the team.

- Maintain cohesive brand systems: typography, color, and visual guidelines.

- Analyze what's working (and what isn't) in live ad performance and apply those learnings to future creative

- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and iterate based on data

Requirements

- 3–5 years of graphic design experience in ecommerce/DTC (portfolio required).

- Advanced Photoshop skills ( this is non-negotiable )

- Hands-on experience using AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Ideogram, or similar) as part of your regular workflow.

- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Clear written and verbal English communication

Bonus: copywriting experience or comfort shaping ad messaging
