Ecommerce Funnel Builder | Funnelish and Shopify

Please read the complete post before applying. This role is for an experienced ecommerce Funnel Builder who can handle both page execution and technical setup. It is not an entry-level design position.

Capital Heaven operates health, beauty, wellness and personal-care ecommerce brands across several international markets. We need someone who can take an approved source funnel, rebuild or localize it accurately, connect the correct products and offers, test the full customer journey and deliver it ready for launch.

You should be comfortable working independently from a written task while communicating clearly when information is missing or a technical issue could delay the launch.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build, duplicate and localize ecommerce funnels in Funnelish.
- Create and update advertorials, sales pages, checkout pages, upsells and other required funnel steps.
- Review the complete task before starting and confirm the correct product, source funnel, store, market, language, currency, offer and deadline.
- Preserve the approved structure, angle and customer journey unless different instructions are provided.
- Update all market-specific copy, currencies, units, names, images, buttons, disclaimers and footer details.
- Create and configure Shopify products, variants, quantities, images, pricing, compare-at pricing, SKUs and URL paths.
- Connect every button and bundle option to the correct Shopify product and variant.
- Set up and check AfterSell flows when required.
- Configure domains, redirects, pixels, tracking and required events according to the company SOP.
- Work with WeTracked or similar ecommerce tracking tools.
- Test the full funnel on desktop and mobile, including page flow, buttons, bundles, shipping, checkout, payment options and tracking.
- Correct failed checks and retest the affected journey before submitting the funnel.
- Provide clear completion updates in ClickUp and Slack with live links, screenshots, test results and any remaining blockers.
- Coordinate with the product research, creative, media buying and Meta asset teams during handoffs.
- Stop and escalate when instructions conflict or when a product, offer, checkout path, domain or tracking setup cannot be verified.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Strong professional experience building ecommerce or dropshipping funnels.
- Hands-on experience using Funnelish for advertorials, sales pages, checkouts and upsells.
- Practical Shopify experience, including products, variants, pricing, SKUs, bundle connections and checkout paths.
- Experience duplicating or localizing proven funnels for different stores, countries, languages and currencies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile funnel testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot broken buttons, incorrect variants, checkout problems, domain issues, redirects and tracking errors.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, events and ecommerce tracking tools.
- Strong attention to product codes, prices, offers, currencies, markets and technical details.
- Ability to follow SOPs and detailed written instructions without skipping QA steps.
- Clear written English and reliable communication through Slack and ClickUp.
- Ability to manage several assigned funnels and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Full-time and long-term availability.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience with AfterSell, WeTracked, Meta Pixel, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Experience with health, beauty, wellness, supplement or personal-care products.
- Familiarity with direct-response advertorials, bundles, upsells and conversion-focused page structures.
- Experience supporting several ecommerce stores and international markets.
- Previous experience training or reviewing other funnel builders.

QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

Accuracy is more important than rushing a funnel live.

You must request clarification when the approved source, product, store, market, language, currency, price, offer, shipping, checkout, tracking or deadline is missing or conflicting.

You must also flag unsupported medical claims, guaranteed results, misleading before-and-after content, unapproved testimonials or endorsements, excessive discounts, wrong-market references and incorrect technical routing.

Never edit a live winning source funnel directly. Do not place a real order during testing.

This opening is for a Funnel Builder. A highly experienced employee who consistently demonstrates strong technical ability, ownership, quality control and leadership may later be trained for a Funnel Manager position.
