JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ecommerce email marketer for a 4–6 week project with ZestiGreens, our Shopify brand.

We currently use Omnisend and need a specialist to:

Audit and improve our existing email automations

Help migrate our email marketing to Spoks

Create key flows such as welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase and win-back

Write persuasive, brand-appropriate email copy without heavy reliance on AI.

Create a 90-day campaign calendar

Build and schedule our first campaigns

Set up simple performance reporting

This is not a general VA role. We need an email marketing specialist who understands ecommerce strategy, automation, segmentation, copywriting, deliverability and conversion.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven ecommerce email marketing experience

Strong Shopify experience

Advanced experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo or a similar platform

Excellent written English and persuasive copywriting skills

Examples of campaigns and automations you personally created

Evidence of measurable results

Ability to work independently and bring us ideas

Spoks experience is helpful but not essential.

The project will begin with a paid audit. If the initial work is strong, you will be asked to complete the migration and email marketing revamp. There may be ongoing work afterward.
