JOB OVERVIEW

We’re expanding our team and are currently looking for a motivated person to support our ecommerce customers through email.

In this role, you’ll communicate directly with customers, help them with questions or concerns, and make sure every interaction leaves them with a positive experience. We’re looking for someone who communicates naturally, understands people, and knows how to handle different situations in a friendly and professional way.
