We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist with proven experience scaling 8–9 figure eCommerce brands through direct-response creative.
This is not a theory role. You will be responsible for creating, organizing, and scaling winning ad concepts—from research to scripts, from briefing editors to scaling winners.
You will own the entire creative pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Production
Create 5+ high-converting video ad scripts per day
Create 2 image ad concepts per day (angles + headline direction)
Translate research into clear, testable concepts
Understand what winning ads look like and why they win
Direct-Response Expertise
Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting
Deep knowledge of customer awareness levels
(Unaware ? Problem Aware ? Solution Aware ? Product Aware ? Most Aware)
Ability to match angles, hooks, and formats to each awareness stage
Research & Market Understanding
Conduct competitor and market research
Identify patterns in winning creatives (hooks, pacing, angles, proof)
Turn research into repeatable frameworks
Creative Pipeline Ownership
Build and organize the creative workflow:
Research ? Concept ? Script ? Brief ? Production ? Testing ? Scaling
Ensure smooth handoff between copy, editors, designers, and media buyers
Identify winners and guide iterations and scaling directions
Team Direction & Management
Brief and direct video editors clearly
Create UGC shot lists and guide creators
Manage and organize UGC production flow
Maintain creative quality and consistency across outputs
Requirements
Proven experience with 8–9 figure eCommerce brands
Strong background in performance marketing / direct response
Ability to consistently produce high volumes of quality creative
Clear understanding of:
Winning ad psychology
Hooks, angles, formats
Creative testing and scaling logic
Experience briefing and guiding:
Video editors
UGC creators
Designers
Highly organized and process-driven
