JOB OVERVIEW

We need a reliable full-time team member who can find strong ecommerce product videos on Kalodata, TikTok, and Instagram, organize them inside our workflow, and make basic edits so they are ready for our brand and video editors.

You do not need years of experience doing this exact job, but you must have a good eye for content, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and be capable of handling a high volume of recurring work.

What You Will Do

For each product, we will send you the product information and its Kalodata link. You will:

• Download the strongest relevant product videos from Kalodata and add them to our workflow with their source links.
• Search relevant terms on TikTok and Instagram to find additional strong videos for the product.
• Identify videos with good hooks, clear product footage, useful demonstrations, and strong sections that our editors can work with.
• Make basic edits such as trimming, cropping, blurring elements, and replacing approved branding or CTA screens.
• Organize every batch using our folder, naming, and tracking system.
• Complete approximately 30 videos per day once trained.
• In the future record Loom videos to explain batch edits or give clear instructions to other editors.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong judgment when selecting ecommerce and TikTok-style videos.
• Basic video-editing ability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good organization with files, folders, source links, and naming conventions.
• Reliability and the ability to handle high-volume recurring work.
• Clear, strong verbal English, since you may eventually record Loom videos for other editors.
• Full-time availability and the ability to follow an SOP with minimal supervision.
• Fast learning and the ability to improve from feedback.

Previous Kalodata, ecommerce research, TikTok research, Instagram research, or editing experience is helpful, but we care more about your judgment, reliability, communication, and ability to learn our process.

Experience leading a small team of editors is a bonus, but it is not required.

Role and Growth

This is a full-time, long-term role. If you perform well, it can grow into a more senior position in which you help train new team members, review batches, create Loom instructions, and eventually oversee a group of editors and/or video scrapers.
