JOB OVERVIEW

Company: International ecommerce brand (health & wellness)
Markets: Netherlands / Belgium + Sweden
Type: Part-time, 10–15 hrs/week to start, growing with our Swedish launch
Schedule: Weekday afternoons/evenings Manila time (~14:00–20:00 PHT), plus a
short check on Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $4/hr USD to start · $5/hr for proven performers · monthly bonus

About the role
We sell health and wellness products in the Dutch/Belgian and Swedish markets.
Volume is 10–20 emails/day. Small volume, high stakes - our chargeback ratio has
to stay under 1%.
Customers write in Dutch and Swedish with AI

What you'll do
Disputes, your main job
Run Stripe and Klarna disputes end to end
Build the evidence file that wins: tracking, delivery confirmation, supplier proof-of-delivery photo, email history
Klarna disputes for Sweden: hit every deadline, fight "not as described" claims
Know the difference between an inquiry and a chargeback, and act differently on each
Keep the chargeback ratio under 1%.

Everything else
Review and approve the AI's replies daily. Once it's good it runs full-auto and you move to disputes full-time
Escalated tickets: refunds, complaints, delays, wrong addresses
Push corrected addresses to our supplier before the order ships
Flag recurring complaint patterns

Response times: 12 hours weekdays, 24 hours weekends. Disputes same day

Requirements
1+ year CS for a dropshipping or DTC ecommerce store. Hard requirement
Hands-on dispute and chargeback experience: Klarna, PayPal and/or Stripe.
Helpdesk experience (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)
Strong written English
Comfortable working with AI tools
Follows SOPs and flags problems instead of improvising
Internet 25 Mbps+ (we verify)

Bonus points
You've worked as a dedicated dispute/chargeback manager
Klarna merchant portal specifically
ChargeFlow, Chargeblast or similar

We run Stripe (NL/BE) and Klarna (Sweden). We don't use PayPal, but PayPal dispute experience still counts with us

How we work
Paid 2-week trial
Bonus on KPIs: chargeback ratio under 1%, response time, zero backlog

How to apply
Your dropshipping/ecommerce CS experience - which stores, what niche, what volume, which tools
Your dispute experience. Which processors, roughly how many disputes, your win rate, and one case you won
At what point do you refund, and at what point do you fight? One or two sentences
Why did you stop working for your last employer?
