JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
Rock M Roll / Pro Seller Marketing owns and launches consumer brands (DuoTrap, Whiff of Wow, ZenTropo) and runs an Amazon/Walmart agency. We are standing up DTC stores now while product hits our 3PL (FBA Fulfillment). DuoTrap inventory is shipping imminently.

THIS ROLE
You own our brand ecommerce stores and growth — not Amazon PPC (separate seat).

MUST HAVE (no proof = rejected):
1. Named employers — agency OR large brand (we Google them). Title-only resumes = reject.
2. Active work in the last 24 months building or running live stores.
3. Shopify — collections, checkout, apps, launch experience.
4. WooCommerce / WordPress — can launch and maintain a converting store.
5. Paid acquisition — hands-on Google Ads AND at least one of Meta / TikTok ads for ecommerce.
6. Conversion mindset — offers, tracking (GA4/pixels), speed.
7. Claude or ChatGPT daily — describe a real workflow (not just the tool name).
8. Written English for SOPs and founder updates (ClickUp).

STRONG PLUS: GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, 3PL coordination, multi-brand agency, Canva/creative direction.

FIRST 30–60 DAYS
- Launch/rebuild stores for DuoTrap, Whiff of Wow, ZenTropo
- Domains, payments, shipping, 3PL workflows
- Tracking, pixels, GA4, basic CRO
- Google + paid social with weekly reporting
- Use Claude to move faster — human quality bar
- SOPs so we are not single-threaded

NOT THIS JOB: Pure Amazon PPC · pure VA · freelancers with no named brand/agency proof · "I can learn Shopify" with no launches.

HOURS / PAY
Full-time remote · Pacific overlap preferred. State your rate + hours. Paid trial week after interview.
