JOB OVERVIEW

Kwontified is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced assistant/coordinator to join our exciting and fast-paced Strategy Team. Ideal candidates are effective communicators with experience working with Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central), Walmart, Target, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Must-Have Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop (Extremely Proficient or Expert)
- Email Communication (Extremely Proficient or Expert)
- Amazon Seler or Vendor Central

The Ecommerce Assistant / Coordinator will support the S&I team. He or she will edit images and videos from clients in Photoshop, wireframe designs for approval, and build beautiful branded storefronts and A+ pages. He or she will also keep track of how the images perform with customers, recording successful tactics and improving the process. They will also help resolve issues and communicate with clients. He or she will be the first line of defense for client communications to ensure a seamless, professional experience.

The coordinator will also attend internal business meetings to contribute to strategic discussions regarding sales growth, demand planning, forecasting, promotions, and reporting. The goal is to become integrated with the team and to earn trust through consistency, dedication, and resourcefulness.

Must be willing to work EST hours as most of the team is on the east coast, USA.
M-F 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST
Must be available through Whatsapp for calls and text messages as needed, in addition to Slack, email, etc.

We are looking for this role to be long-term. Candidates will be tested with exams across written communication, forecasting, and trustworthiness. Success in this role long-term would lead to bonuses and potential conversion to a full-time employee with benefits.

Candidates MUST:
- have experience on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central for at least 2+ years
- have a reference that can be called
- work at this role full-time, meaning no other jobs during their employ
