E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT
Soft Wash Technologies | Remote | Full-time | 40 hrs/week | $5.50–$8.00/hour | EST Business Hours
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling professional pressure washing equipment to contractors across the US. We need one exceptional person to run our day-to-day operations and grow with us.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, during EST business hours. You must be available during these hours. Do not apply if you cannot commit to this schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support daily operations across customer service, vendor coordination, and order management. Manage product sourcing, procurement research, and catalog updates across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Handle QuickBooks invoicing and transaction support. Manage social media accounts including daily posting, engagement, and community management approximately one hour per day. Coordinate team communication, track hours, and manage internal workflows. Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process systems. Use tools including Notion, ShipStation, Google Workspace, Clockify, and BitWarden. Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them before they are asked about. Handle whatever else needs handling because in a growing company priorities shift fast.
WHO YOU ARE
You have two or more years of virtual assistant experience with direct e-commerce operations experience as a strong plus. Your English is exceptional in writing, speaking, and comprehension. You are available full-time during EST business hours immediately. You are a proactive critical thinker who does not wait to be told what to do. You have used QuickBooks or are honest about where you stand with it. You have managed social media for a business, not just personal accounts. You are tech-savvy and learn new tools quickly.
WHO YOU ARE NOT
You have less than two years of VA experience. Your experience is limited to one area such as Amazon listing, bookkeeping, or social media without broader operational depth. You need full-time direction to stay productive. You are not available during EST business hours.
