We're launching a new brand under our company umbrella, and we need a video editor who can help us scale it fast. Our main product currently spends $15,000/month on Meta ads, and this new product has huge upside potential — we're building out a dedicated video editing team to fuel it.
This is a full-time, high-output role. We need someone who can ramp up quickly and hit our production pace within the first two weeks: 7 edited batches per week, with each batch containing 3 basic variations of the original ad.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit and produce ecom-style video ads (UGC, native, direct-response) for Meta/Facebook and other paid social platforms
- Turn winning ad concepts into fast, on-brief variations (hooks, pacing, captions, text overlays, etc.)
- Work closely with our creative and media buying team to keep a constant pipeline of fresh creative moving
- Hit weekly batch quotas consistently once ramped up
BONUSES (on top of your base salary):
- Spend Winner Bonus: $150 per video
- KPI Winner Bonus: $150 per video
- Breakthrough Winner Bonus (an ad that allows us to scale the account): $800 per video
Most of our video editors land 1-3 bonuses per month, which typically pushes total monthly pay to $3,000-$4,000.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
This is a hyper-competitive, self-selective role. We already have a team of 14 people producing at a high level, and we need someone who can keep up. You must be able to commit full-time and consistently hit our output requirements — this is not a fit for editors looking for light, part-time, or low-volume work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience editing short-form ecom/DTC video ads (UGC-style, direct-response, or performance creative)
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what makes an ad "scroll-stopping"
- Ability to work efficiently in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Reliable, fast turnaround, and comfortable with a high-volume production schedule
- Full-time availability, 50 hours/week
Desired Hours per Week: 50
Base Wage: $2,500/month (plus bonuses — see above)
