JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-obsessed E-commerce Photo Editor to join our fast-paced team. If you can effortlessly transform raw product shots into high-converting, "magazine-ready" assets, we want to hear from you.

We don't just need a Photoshop wiz; we need someone who truly gets the rhythm of e-commerce. For us, speed and clear communication are just as critical as the flawless quality of your edits.

Key Responsibilities
Image Cleanup & Retouching: Expertly cleaning up ecom photos to remove blemishes, dust, and imperfections, as well as meticulously cleaning up product flats (smoothing wrinkles, fixing symmetry, and perfecting garment shapes).

High-End Technical Edits: Executing professional background removal (perfect clipping paths), precise color correction, and realistic shadow/reflection enhancement.

Speed & Execution: Processing and delivering high volumes of edited images with a strict 24-hour (or less) turnaround time.

Unwavering Consistency: Ensuring every single image aligns perfectly with our brand guidelines—there is no room for "lazy" or rushed edits.

Active Communication: Remaining highly responsive during working hours. We move quickly, and we need a team player who can keep up the pace.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Expert Proficiency: Absolute mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

E-commerce Portfolio: A proven, visible track record of e-commerce specific work (optimized for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

Tech Setup: A high-performance workstation paired with a highly reliable, high-speed internet connection.

The "Make It Right" Guarantee: You stand proudly behind your work and are immediately available to make quick revisions if needed.

The Selection Process (Mandatory Skills Test)
Please Note: Before an offer is made, all shortlisted candidates must complete a brief skills assessment. * We will provide 2-3 raw images for you to edit.

We will strictly evaluate your turnaround time and analyze your technical precision (clipping paths, color accuracy, cleanup, and shadow work).

Only candidates who pass this assessment with 100?curacy and rapid speed will be considered for the position.
