JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented E-commerce Photo Editor to join our team. If you can turn raw product shots into high-converting, "magazine-ready" assets in your sleep, we want you.

We don't just need someone who knows Photoshop; we need someone who understands the pace of e-commerce. Speed and communication are just as important as the quality of the edit.

Key Responsibilities
High-End Retouching: Professional background removal (clipping paths), color correction, and shadow enhancement.

Speed & Execution: Delivering high volumes of edited images with a 24-hour turnaround (or less).

Consistency: Ensuring every image matches our brand guidelines perfectly—no "lazy" edits.

Communication: Being highly responsive during work hours. We move fast, and we need you to move with us.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Expert Level: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Portfolio: A proven track record of e-commerce work (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

Equipment: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a high-performance workstation.

Guarantee: You stand by your work and are willing to make quick revisions if necessary.

The Selection Process (Mandatory Skills Test)
Please Note: Before hiring, all shortlisted candidates must undergo a skills assessment. * We will send you 2-3 raw images to edit.

We will be timing your turnaround and analyzing your technical execution (clipping paths, color accuracy, and shadow work).

Only those who pass this test with 100?curacy and high speed will be considered for the role.
