JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing & Outreach Manager to manage, grow, and distribute content across multiple crypto and AI-native brands.

This role requires hands-on daily execution across X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok. You will be responsible not only for posting content, but for active engagement, replies, community interaction, and outbound outreach.

Extensive Telegram experience is required. Telegram is a primary communication and community channel for our ecosystem.

Signal-boosting engagement (not spam)

Fast turnaround on new posts

Maintaining brand voice across replies

Telegram Responsibilities (Critical)

You will manage Telegram channels and groups for our brands, including:

Posting announcements and updates

Moderating discussions

Enforcing community rules

Responding to questions

Managing pinned messages

Coordinating with admins and moderators

Identifying spam, scams, and impersonators

Driving daily engagement

You must be highly comfortable with Telegram culture, bots, permissions, and moderation workflows.

1–3 posts per account (varies by brand)

Replies to all posts from the specified X list

Trend-aware posting

Creator and community outreach

Instagram – Daily / Near-Daily

Reposting short-form videos

Writing captions

Managing comments and DMs

Posting stories when applicable

TikTok – Daily / Near-Daily

Uploading short-form videos

Writing hooks and captions

Monitoring trends

Iterating formats

Reddit – Weekly / Ongoing

Posting in relevant subreddits

Commenting organically

Following subreddit rules strictly

Avoiding spam behavior

Core Responsibilities

Execute daily posting and engagement across platforms

Reply to all posts from the specified X list

Manage and moderate Telegram communities

Run outbound outreach (replies, DMs, comments)

Coordinate content across platforms

Track and report weekly performance metrics

Requirements

Strong written English

Extensive Telegram experience (required)

Deep familiarity with X/Twitter culture

Crypto-native community management experience

Influencer or partner outreach
