JOB OVERVIEW

**A-Player Social Media Manager & Content Strategist (Beauty Industry)**

**Full-Time | Remote**

This is NOT a beginner role.

We are **Jake Randolph Marketing / Beauty Biz Pro**, and we help beauty businesses grow fast through content, strategy, and execution.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage social media”—we want someone who **thinks, creates, and drives results**.

If you need constant direction, this is not for you.
If you spot trends early, execute fast, and bring ideas to the table—keep reading.

What You’ll Own

* Full management of:

* 2 Facebook accounts
* 2 Instagram accounts
* 1 YouTube channel

* Content strategy + execution (not just posting)
* Identifying trends in the beauty industry **before they’re saturated**
* Turning industry problems into high-performing content
* Supporting and contributing to **email marketing campaigns**
* Producing and editing **high-quality video content**
* Giving **direct, honest feedback** to leadership

Who You Are

* **Proactive > reactive** (you don’t wait for instructions)
* You think like a strategist, not just a content creator
* You can back your ideas with reasoning, not guesses
* You’re fast, adaptable, and obsessed with improving performance
* You take ownership and follow through

Must-Have Skills

* Strong video editing (**Adobe Premiere or similar**)
* Experience with:
* Heygen
* Higgsfield

* Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content
* Understanding of social media psychology and trends
* Bonus: Experience in the **beauty industry or with business
