About the Role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator & Short-Form Editor with expert-level experience creating high-quality, ---------- tic, and cinematic AI-generated videos.

This role goes far beyond basic editing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually impressive AI-driven videos that feel native to X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram while maintaining a cinematic standard.

You will work across multiple crypto and AI brands including Figment, ACT, and Bitcino.

What You’ll Be Creating

Cinematic AI-generated video clips

---------- tic short-form content

Stylized AI visuals and transitions

Branded storytelling clips

Short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Core Responsibilities

Create AI-generated video content from prompts and creative direction

Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and pacing

Combine AI visuals with captions, motion text, sound, and music

Design opening frames optimized for retention

Apply brand guidelines consistently

Export platform-optimized formats

Iterate quickly based on feedback

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Expert-level experience with AI video generation

Strong ---------- tic instincts (timing, symbolism, humor)

Ability to produce cinematic-quality AI visuals

Proven short-form editing experience

Fluent English for prompts and captions

Ability to execute creative direction precisely

AI Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

You should have hands-on experience with multiple AI video tools, such as:

Runway

Pika

Kaiber

Luma

Image-to-video AI pipelines

(You do not need all of these, but real production experience is required.)

Editing & Creative Tools

CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Caption styling and motion text

Sound design and music timing

Vertical and square video formatting

Volume Expectations

1–2 high-quality AI short-form videos per day

Quality and cinematic impact matter more than raw volume

Test Task (Required)

Create a 20–40 second AI-generated short-form video:

Cinematic AI visuals

Strong hook in the first 2–3 seconds

Clean, readable captions

Vertical format
