Ecommerce Manager (Shopify + Amazon)
You own our online revenue channels. You keep our Shopify store fast, converting, and running smoothly across all markets — and you run our Amazon presence end to end. You make sure every team connected to ecommerce is aligned and moving.
What you'll do
Shopify
Manage and optimise the Shopify store day-to-day
Own CRO — test, improve, and drive conversion rate up
Coordinate with CS and fulfilment to resolve issues fast
Work closely with paid media to ensure landing pages and offers are aligned
Manage product pages, collections, and site merchandising
Handle market-specific setups (pricing, localisation, currency)
Spot problems before they become customer complaints
Amazon
Own and manage our Amazon Seller Central account end to end
Run FBA operations — inventory planning, shipments, and stock health
Create and optimise product listings (copy, images, A+ content, keywords)
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising budget
Monitor account health, reviews, and Buy Box performance
Handle compliance, case logs, and Amazon support escalations
Requirements
Expert-level Shopify experience — you know it inside out
Minimum 2 years hands-on Amazon experience, specifically FBA
Proven experience running Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
Solid understanding of CRO principles and testing
Experience managing multi-market stores
Strong communicator across CS, fulfilment, and marketing teams
Data-driven — comfortable using analytics to make decisions
Organised and proactive — you don't wait to be told
