JOB OVERVIEW

Summary

We are looking for a Dispute & Chargeback Representative with direct hands-on experience in e-commerce and strong expertise in payment dispute resolution across PayPal, Klarna, and Airwallex, along with Shopify chargebacks. This role is critical in protecting our stores from revenue loss and ensuring high dispute win rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage PayPal disputes, claims, and chargebacks from start to resolution
- Handle Klarna disputes and Airwallex chargebacks, ensuring evidence is submitted accurately and within provider deadlines
- Respond to Shopify chargebacks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) with complete and well-structured evidence
- Analyze dispute reasons (INR, SNAD, unauthorized, fraud, etc.) and apply the correct defense strategy for each platform
- Maintain and improve chargeback win rates in line with company targets
- Coordinate closely with Customer Support and Supply Chain teams for evidence and timelines
- Track dispute cases and outcomes in Google Sheets / internal dashboards
- Identify recurring dispute patterns and recommend preventive improvements (policies, flows, SOPs)

Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven experience handling PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks (MUST)
- Direct hands-on experience with Klarna disputes and Airwallex chargebacks (MUST)
- Direct experience working with e-commerce / dropshipping stores
- Strong understanding of dispute types across multiple payment providers
- Familiar with PayPal Resolution Center, Klarna's dispute portal, Airwallex dispute workflows, and Shopify's chargeback process
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines across multiple platform timelines
- Honest, structured, and process-driven mindset

Nice to Have
- Experience with multiple stores / brands
- Knowledge of EU consumer disputes and chargeback rules
