About the Role

We are expanding rapidly and are seeking an experienced Cold Caller / Team Leader who understands real estate investing, seller motivation, and creative financing strategies.

This role is not for entry-level callers. We are looking for a proven professional who has:

Worked with real estate firms and investors

Led or managed teams of virtual assistants

Experience running cold calling and text marketing campaigns

A strong understanding of Sub-To, seller financing, and creative deal structures

There is NO cap on income. The more deals you help close, the more you earn.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $500.00 - $650.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Cold Callers and Virtual Assistants

Execute and oversee cold calling and text marketing campaigns

Manage and optimize Creative REIReply campaigns

Run SMS/text outreach for vacant land and residential properties

Identify and qualify motivated sellers (houses & vacant land)

Engage sellers using creative financing conversations (Sub-To, seller finance)

Track conversations, responses, and KPIs accurately

Pull lists and data using PropStream, Propwire

Log all activity in GoHighLevel and Resimpli CRM

Use Mojo Dialer for outbound calling

Coordinate closely with Acquisitions Managers

Maintain call quality, script compliance, and performance standards

Monitor and report daily/weekly KPIs for the team

Assist with training, coaching, and performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

3+ years working with real estate investors or firms

Proven experience as a Cold Caller or Lead Manager

Experience managing or leading VA teams

Strong knowledge of:
GoHighLevel CRM

Creative REIReply (required)

Launch Control

Text/SMS campaigning

Vacant land investing

Seller motivation & objections

Proficient in:

PropStream

Mojo Dialer

Microsoft Office

Experience with creative financing (Sub-To, seller financing)

Strong KPI tracking and reporting skills

Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven

Comfortable working with U.S.-based sellers

Ideal Candidate:

Confident communicator who can train and manage others
