JOB OVERVIEW

You’ve proven you can find profitable products for Amazon. Now you want an opportunity where your results are recognized, your ideas matter, and strong performance creates room to advance.

We’d like to meet you.

ABOUT US

We are an established Amazon retail business generating low seven figures in annual sales. Our goal is to grow into the mid-to-high seven figures, and we’re looking for an accomplished Amazon product sourcer to help us get there.

We have more than 10 years of experience working with virtual team members. You’ll work alongside friendly, supportive colleagues and a fair, generous leadership team that values initiative, accountability, and results.

THIS ROLE IS FOR EXPERIENCED SOURCERS ONLY

You must have a proven track record of sourcing products that were purchased, sold, and generated profitable results. Completing a course or understanding sourcing basics is not enough for this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source profitable products through online arbitrage for our Amazon FBA business.
• Use Keepa and other research tools to evaluate sales history, pricing stability, competition, and Amazon’s presence.
• Calculate profit and ROI accurately, accounting for Amazon fees and sourcing costs.
• Identify potential selling restrictions, intellectual property concerns, and other purchasing risks.
• Submit accurate, well-researched leads that meet our buying criteria.
• Identify replenishable winners with potential for repeat purchases.
• Track your work, communicate clearly, and contribute ideas that improve sourcing results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A proven Amazon product sourcer who can demonstrate and explain past results.
• Strong Keepa analysis skills and sound purchasing judgment.
• The ability to source efficiently without sacrificing lead quality.
• A dependable, organized person who takes ownership and follows through.
• A team player who welcomes feedback and helps colleagues succeed.
• Someone seeking a long-term career with opportunities for greater responsibility.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Very competitive pay based on demonstrated experience and ability.
• Performance bonuses that reward meaningful results.
• Opportunities to advance into greater responsibility and leadership as your performance and company growth support them.
• Friendly colleagues and a supportive remote working environment.
• Fair and generous leadership that recognizes excellent work.
• An opportunity to help grow an established seven-figure business.

We want someone who is excited to help build a bigger business and grow with it. Advancement is earned through proven performance, reliability, initiative, and contributions to the team.
