# EXECUTIVE SALES & CLIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT
**Remote | Part-Time to Start | Insurance Sales Support**
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, highly organized **Sales & Client Support Assistant** to work directly alongside a top-producing insurance agent writing **50+ applications per month**.
This is **not a traditional cold-calling or appointment-setting position.**
Your job is to become the **right hand of a high-volume producer** — helping clients, following up on business, handling administrative tasks, supporting new agents, and making sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
## THE ROLE
You will work directly with a top insurance producer and become an important part of the day-to-day operation.

## WHAT YOU WILL DO
### CLIENT FOLLOW-UP & SUPPORT
* Make welcome calls to new clients
* Call clients regarding payment failures using a provided script
* Follow up with clients to help resolve outstanding issues
* Help clients set up and access their online insurance portals
* Walk clients through basic portal navigation when needed
* Help clients make payments through the appropriate carrier portal
* If needed, assist clients with calling the carrier to resolve payment issues
* Make follow-up calls after applications are submitted
* Request referrals from satisfied clients using established scripts
* Help maintain a positive client experience from application through policy delivery
### PRODUCER SUPPORT
* Help keep a high-volume producer organized
* Follow up on outstanding applications and requirements
* Track pending business and identify what needs attention
* Communicate with carriers when appropriate
* Send
* Assist with policy and application-related administrative tasks
* Help keep CRM information accurate and up to date
* Organize follow-ups and reminders
* Handle routine administrative tasks so the producer can spend more time selling
* Bring important issues to the producer's attention before they become problems
### NEW AGENT SUPPORT
* Help onboard new agents
* Welcome new agents to the team
* Help new agents understand basic systems and processes
* Make onboarding and follow-up calls
* Help ensure new agents have the information and resources they need
* Communicate with agents through *
* Participate in and help coordinate **Zoom meetings and training calls**
* Help new agents navigate team communication channels
* Follow up with new agents during the onboarding process
* Escalate questions or issues to the appropriate person
### GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

## INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
Insurance experience is **strongly preferred**, particularly experience with life insurance, final expense, Medicare, applications, carriers, or agency administration.
However, someone with excellent client-service, administrative, or call-center experience who learns quickly may also be a great fit.

**You need to be someone I can trust to handle things without constantly checking behind you.**
I am a high-volume producer writing **50+ applications per month**, so there is a lot happening behind the scenes.

I need someone who can become my **right hand** — someone who can communicate with clients, solve small problems, follow up on outstanding items, stay organized, communicate with agents through

## SCHEDULE & PAY
**Starting schedule: 20 hours per week**
We will begin at **20 hours per week to make sure we are a good fit for each other**.
As the relationship develops and performance is established, there may be an opportunity to **increase hours and responsibilities**.
**Schedule:** US Eastern Time business hours, Monday–Friday
**Starting pay:** $4/hour
There is room for increased compensation based on **performance, reliability, and the amount of responsibility you are able to take on.**
