You will own the systems that make this happen.
???? What You’ll Own (Outcomes, Not Tasks)
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Manage inbound leads (calls, texts, forms, DMs)
Build and optimize SMS/email follow-up funnels
Reduce lead drop-off and increase next-day bookings
Track and improve conversion rates weekly
2. CRM Ownership
Fully manage CRM (pipeline, tagging, automation)
Build workflows for:
Lead nurture
No-show recovery
Reactivation campaigns
Keep data clean, organized, and actionable
3. Social Media Growth (Revenue-Focused)
Manage Instagram,
Coordinate and/or create:
Reels
Educational content
Offer-driven posts
Turn content into appointments, not just views
4. Paid Ads Management (Core Growth Driver)
Own Google Ads (Search, Local, Performance Max)
Keyword strategy (weight loss, concierge medicine, HRT, longevity)
Improve CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
Optimize landing pages + ad copy for conversions
Own Meta Ads
Build and scale campaigns for lead generation
Retargeting + lookalike audiences
Creative testing (hooks, angles, offers)
Weekly reporting on:
Cost per lead
Cost per booked appointment
ROI
5. AI & Automation (Non-Negotiable)
Use tools like:
ChatGPT / Claude / AI agents
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Build systems to:
Automate follow-ups
Improve response speed
Generate content at scale
Assist ad copy + funnel optimization
6. Marketing Execution
Launch and optimize campaigns across channels
Test offers, headlines, and funnels weekly
Align messaging across ads, landing pages, and follow-up systems

Proven experience with:
Google Ads Manager
Facebook

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
