Umbra Core Collective seeks a dynamic EOS Integrator & Business Systems Lead to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn vision into action.

This pivotal leadership role ensures organisational alignment, drives accountability, embeds EOS disciplines, advances business systems, and converts strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, keep leaders aligned with priorities, resolve issues efficiently, strengthen communication, elevate performance, and create the traction required for sustainable growth.

In this role, you will spearhead the identification and implementation of systems, automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organisation.
