JOB OVERVIEW

EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER + EMAIL DESIGNER – REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager + Email Designer to take ownership of our entire email marketing department for our luxury beauty and hair extension brands.

This is not just a design position. We need someone who can design the emails, build and launch campaigns, manage automations, monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously improve the email strategy.

The right person should be able to manage the email department from beginning to end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

* Design professional, high-end, luxury email campaigns
* Build and schedule email campaigns on a consistent basis
* Create and manage automated email flows, including:
* Welcome series
* Abandoned cart and checkout
* Browse abandonment
* Post-purchase
* Win-back
* Customer retention
* VIP/customer loyalty
* Promotional and sale campaigns
* Product launches
* Manage audience segmentation and customer lists
* Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and revenue
* Review campaign performance after each send
* Identify what is working and what needs improvement
* Test subject lines, layouts, offers, timing, messaging, and creative
* Monitor deliverability and list health
* Build strategies to increase engagement and email-generated revenue
* Maintain an ongoing email marketing calendar
* Coordinate promotions, launches, holidays, and company campaigns
* Make recommendations based on email performance and customer behavior
* Produce regular performance reports
* Ensure campaigns are properly tested before sending
* Work closely with management on sales goals and marketing priorities

We need someone who understands both DESIGN and EMAIL MARKETING STRATEGY.

The ideal candidate has experience with platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing systems.

Experience with Omnisend and Shopify is highly preferred.

You should also have:

* Strong graphic design skills
* Experience managing e-commerce email marketing
* Knowledge of segmentation and automation
* Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage campaigns independently
* Excellent organization and follow-through
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to communicate clearly and provide updates
* Strong understanding of conversion-focused email marketing

Experience with beauty, fashion, luxury, hair, or e-commerce brands is a major plus.
