ELITE SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR for THE STELLARIS COLLECTION
Luxury Watch Brand | AI Video Specialist | High-Impact Reels/TikTok

THE MISSION
We are The Stellaris Collection.
We are building one of the most dominant luxury watch brands on social media.
Rolex. Patek Philippe. Audemars Piguet. FP Journe. Richard Mille.
Now we’re scaling aggressive short-form content.
This is not normal editing.
This is high-impact, scroll-stopping, retention-engineered video.
If your edits don’t command attention in the first 2 seconds, this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will turn raw 4K footage into:
• Instagram Reels
• TikToks
• YouTube Shorts
You will:
• Edit 20–30 short-form videos per month (20–60 seconds each)
• Chop long footage into 5–10 viral-ready clips
• Engineer first-2-second hooks that pattern interrupt
• Design fast, clean, intentional transitions
• Create luxury-grade captions and overlays
• Integrate AI-generated video elements seamlessly
• Color grade metals, diamonds, and skin tones properly
• Deliver most edits within 24–48 hours
Some deliveries will be urgent. Days, not weeks.
Speed is part of the job.

AI INTEGRATION IS REQUIRED
You must actively use AI video tools such as:
• Runway
• Sora
• Kling
• Pika
• Veo
• Flow
• Descript
• OpusClip
• Higgsfield
We expect:
• AI-generated motion elements blended into real footage
• Surreal overlays or cinematic enhancements
• Workflow acceleration using AI tools
• Creative experimentation monthly
If you’ve never integrated AI video into real client work, this is not a fit.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must have:
• High-end workstation
• 32GB+ RAM minimum
• Strong GPU capable of handling 4K timelines
• Reliable fiber-level internet
• Ability to receive and upload 100GB+ project folders
If your computer struggles with heavy timelines, do not apply.

• Measurable engagement performance

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base: $1,200 – $1,500/month
Performance Tier: Up to $1,800/month
Rush Bonus: +$50 same-day delivery
Viral Bonus: $100+ for milestone views
