JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a HIGH-LEVEL Credit Dispute Specialist who knows how to MOVE ACCOUNTS, not just send templates.
If you don’t understand aggressive dispute strategies, compliance, and how to win, this is NOT the role for you.

I’m building a dominant credit repair operation, and I need a beast — someone who knows how to clear reports the right way without reinsertions.

???? ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for executing aggressive, strategic credit disputes across all bureaus and specialty agencies.

This role requires precision, intelligence, and experience.
You should know how to fight back when creditors respond — not fold.

???? NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

? 3+ years experience in credit repair disputes
? EXTENSIVE experience with Dispute Fox
? Deep knowledge of:
• FCRA violations
• Metro 2 compliance
• Reinsertions & how to prevent them
• Furnisher vs CRA disputes
? Experience with:
• CFPB complaints
• BBB disputes
• Attorney General complaints (preferred)
• Fax disputes
• Direct creditor disputes
? Ability to remove:
• Late payments
• Charge-offs
• Collections
• Repos
• Inquiries
? Experience with Experian inquiry removals within 24–48 hours
? Strong knowledge of EWS & ChexSystems disputes

• Execute aggressive dispute strategies with accuracy
• Prevent reinsertion by proper documentation & timing
• Run sweeps effectively
• Identify violations and leverage them correctly
• Handle disputes through:
• Credit Bureaus
• CFPB
• BBB
• Fax
• Direct furnishers
• Document every action clearly inside Dispute Fox
• Maintain compliance while maximizing results
• Work efficiently without micromanagement
