ELITE COLD CALLER (AMERICAN ACCENT REQUIRED)

Elite Cold Caller (American Accent) – Roofing & HVAC Appointment Setter

Remote (Philippines)
Hours:
20–40 hrs/week
US PST Hours (3pm–8pm PST preferred)

We are hiring top 5?llers only.
You must:
Speak fluent, natural American English (NO heavy accent)
Sound like you are based in the United States
Have 2+ years cold calling experience
Be confident speaking with homeowners
Know how to handle objections naturally (not scripted)
???? If you sound robotic or scripted, this is NOT the role.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling homeowners using a Mojo triple line dialer
Booking FREE roof + HVAC inspections
Following a script while sounding completely natural
Logging notes in CRM
Hitting daily targets:
500–700 dials/day
2–4+ booked appointments/day
???? Requirements
Near-perfect English (Americanized accent REQUIRED)
Proven cold calling experience
Mojo dialer experience (preferred)
Background in:
Roofing / HVAC / Solar / Real Estate
Quiet workspace + strong internet
Ability to think and respond on the fly

$6 – $8/hour (based on skill + accent)
$5 – $10 per booked appointment
Performance bonuses for top producers
