Job Description (Read Carefully)

We are a US-based company building a top-tier appointment-setting team for outbound phone outreach to US business owners.

This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor role for experienced, professional appointment setters only.

• This is NOT an entry-level role
• This is NOT a side gig

We pay at the top of the market and expect elite performance in return.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to US businesses

Speaking directly with decision-makers

Delivering a short, confident introduction (no hard selling)

Qualifying prospects using provided criteria

Booking qualified appointments on our calendar

Executing consistent follow-ups on all qualified prospects (non-negotiable)

Logging outcomes accurately in our CRM

Your job is not closing deals.
Your job is booking quality meetings.

Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

Full-time availability

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California (Pacific) Time

1-hour unpaid lunch break

Monday–Friday only

No weekends

You must be comfortable working US business hours consistently.

Compensation

$1,500 USD per month (fixed contractor compensation)

Performance bonuses for appointments booked and held

Paid monthly via Wise only

This is above-market pay for the Philippines and is designed to attract top 15–20% talent.
We pay this level because we expect professionalism, ownership, and consistency.

Voice & Communication Requirements (Very Important)

Clear, confident English

Neutral to near-American accent

Natural conversational tone (not robotic, not scripted)

Comfortable speaking with US business owners

If spoken English is difficult to understand in a professional phone setting, this role will not be a fit.

Technical & Environment Requirements

You must have:

Reliable high-speed internet (stable home connection)

Quiet, professional home workspace

Computer or laptop suitable for daily calling

Quality noise-canceling headset

Working webcam (video required for interviews and training)

Important Classification

Independent contractor role (not employment)

No benefits, payroll, or tax withholding

You are responsible for your own local taxes
