JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail?oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and maintain product pages across multiple wellness brands in my Shopify store. This role involves applying pre?built product page templates, creating new templates for additional brands, and updating product listings so they are polished, consistent, and ready for publishing.

If you enjoy structured work, have an eye for clean design, and are comfortable working inside Shopify, this is a great long?term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Product Page Creation & Updates:
- Apply an existing product page template across all products within a brand.
- Create new product page templates for additional brands using provided examples and guidelines.
- Update product descriptions, features, benefits, and layout to match brand tone and style.
- Format text, sections, and images to ensure consistency across the store.

Draft Product Setup:
- Review draft products in Shopify and prepare them for publishing.
- Add product details, specifications, and lifestyle copy based on brand direction.
- Ensure all product pages meet quality standards before going live.

Image & Content Organization:
- Upload and organize product images.
- Apply simple text overlays using Canva or similar tools (optional but preferred).
- Ensure all images follow brand styling and formatting guidelines.

Brand Consistency:
- Follow established templates and maintain a cohesive look across all product pages.
- Understand and apply different brand voices within the store.
- Keep product information accurate, clean, and conversion?focused.

Requirements
- Experience with Shopify (product setup, editing, and publishing).
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to follow templates and brand guidelines with precision.
- Good eye for layout, formatting, and clean design.
- Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Google Drive, and Shopify admin.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple products at once.
- High attention to detail — accuracy is extremely important.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with e?commerce product copywriting.
- Familiarity with wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic image editing skills (resizing, cropping, simple text overlays).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
