Are you a highly-skilled media buyer with a passion for performance marketing and a track record of scaling Shopify brands using paid advertising?

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce business looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok advertising strategy, with a heavy emphasis on retargeting and high-ROAS performance.

We’re not just looking for someone to "run ads." We want a strategic thinker who understands the full funnel, can analyze data, create winning campaigns, and knows how to build smart retargeting sequences that bring customers back and drive real revenue.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

? Build, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok

? Create retargeting campaigns that increase conversions and bring back warm traffic using platform-specific strategies

? Work with our creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives (video and static)

? Conduct ongoing A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages

? Analyze campaign data to understand what’s working and what’s not — and pivot fast when needed

Optimize for performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate

Provide detailed reporting, strategy suggestions, and results tracking on a weekly basis

Suggest improvements across the funnel — from ad copy to product pages to checkout flow

Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and new features

? You Are:

A performance-driven marketer — you care about data, ROI, and scalable growth

Experienced in managing eCommerce campaigns, ideally for Shopify stores

Strong in both cold traffic and retargeting strategies

Skilled at using tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager

Organized, self-managed, and can hit deadlines without being micromanaged

Comfortable providing proof of results — you’ve done this before and you can show it

???? Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce brands

Clear portfolio or documented case studies of successful campaigns (e.g. screenshots, reports, analytics)

Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation

Familiar with ad copywriting, conversion tracking, and pixel setup

Excellent English communication skills

Able to work in Philippine time zone and report progress consistently
