ECOMMERCE FINANCE, P&L & AUTOMATION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Finance, P&L & Automation Manager to manage, improve, and automate our daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting across all stores, brands, and products.

This is not just a basic bookkeeping role.

We need someone who can give management clear visibility into the financial health of the entire company every day, while also helping automate the reporting process so we can reduce manual work, avoid missing expenses, and make faster business decisions.

Responsibilities

* Update and maintain the company’s Daily P&L sheet
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports
* Track revenue across all stores and products
* Track COGS across all stores and products
* Track ad spend across all advertising platforms
* Track refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and payment processor fees
* Track app costs, subscriptions, software, tools, and recurring expenses
* Track salaries, contractor payments, and team-related costs
* Track fulfillment costs, shipping costs, and operational expenses
* Track profit and loss by store, product, and brand
* Monitor overall company cash flow
* Identify which stores and products are profitable
* Identify which stores, products, or expenses need management attention
* Create clear reports showing daily, weekly, and monthly company performance
* Make sure all financial data is accurate, complete, and updated on time
* Work with the operations team, media buyers, customer service team, and management to collect missing data
* Improve and organize the company’s P&L reporting system

Automation Requirement

We strongly prefer someone who has experience automating ecommerce financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be able to help automate the process of pulling, organizing, and reporting financial data from different sources such as:

* Shopify
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads
* PayPal
* Stripe
* Klarna
* Payment processors
* Fulfillment providers
* App subscriptions
* Contractor and salary records
* Refund and chargeback reports
* Google Sheets or Excel dashboards

We want someone who can help build a system where daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reporting becomes faster, cleaner, and more accurate.
