JOB OVERVIEW

You would be helping a busy entrepreneur that runs two different operations.

The first operation you'd be helping him build out and expanding his new peptide and health company.
You would be helping him manage the building of the operation of selling peptides, supplements and other health-related products.

Your day to day would be assisting in the following processes. We don't expect an expert in any of these tasks, we are building them out, so you would be assisting in some capacity with researching, building out processes, and assisting in the each or all of these responsibilities:
- Assisting in the sourcing and research of peptides, supplements, and other products.
- Tracking and researching the best way for importing, and dealing with importing agents for different countries.
- Tracking and researching testing of peptides and making sure that there is a system from once peptides are ordered and imported, that they go to the testing facility/lab that show the purity of the products.
- Helping upload the certificates received from the testing facilities/labs that show the purity of the products.
- Managing the inventory process - loading, tracking, reordering.
- Researching the labeling of products.
- Managing of the sale of the products, namely peptides, products, and courses.
- Managing the uploading of content of their blogposts, podcasts, social media posts (FB, X, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)
- Overseeing orders were being processed correctly via payment gateways, Venmo, crypto, PayPal, and other means.
- Overseeing the buildout of lists to contact clinics and med spas.
- Overseeing the outreach and marketing and sale of health products to clinics, med spas, or consumers.
- Managing any inquiries, complaints, issues, etc.
