# Rockstar Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Growth Specialist

We're a fast-growing U.S.-based retail e-commerce company looking for a highly results-driven Filipino tea ---------- mber to become a long-term part of our business.

we're looking for someone who can help grow our brand, build an engaged audience, and increase website sales.

## What You'll Do

Your responsibilities include:

* Tracking analytics and improving performance each month

## Website Growth & Marketing
—not just a content creator.

You'll help us increase website traffic and sales by:

* Running and assisting with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
* Suggesting creative marketing strategies
* Finding organic ways to increase website traffic
* Helping improve website conversion rates
* Identifying new growth opportunities
* Researching competitors and industry trends
* Bringing fresh ideas to help scale the business

Experience with Google Ads, email marketing, influencer outreach, SEO, affiliate marketing, or other digital marketing strategies is a strong plus.

## We're Looking For Someone Who:

* Has excellent written and spoken English
* Is creative, proactive, and self-motivated
* Thinks strategically about growing a business
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
* Is organized, dependable, and consistently meets deadlines
* Brings ideas and solutions instead of waiting for instructions

## Bonus Skills

* Shopify
* Klaviyo
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Ads
* SEO
* Email marketing
* Influencer marketing
* UGC content creation
* AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools
