JOB OVERVIEW

We are Linwell Nutrition, creators of Shruum, a fast-growing functional mushroom focused brand selling on Amazon, Shopify, and soon to be TikTok. We’re looking for a proactive, creative Virtual Assistant who can manage e-commerce operations, create high-quality designs, and run ad campaigns to help us grow sales.

Your Role
Manage & update Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop listings
Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance
Launch and manage PPC campaigns
Assist with TikTok and Meta ad campaigns
Create high-quality product images, infographics, and A+ content for Amazon
Design social media graphics, banners, and landing page visuals (Canva/Photoshop)
Help brainstorm and prepare TikTok content ideas
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and fulfilment partners

Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop
Amazon PPC experience (keyword research, bid adjustments, campaign monitoring)
Experience with TikTok & Meta Ads, or Shopify retargeting
Strong graphic design skills (Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Self-starter who can work independently
Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or supplements
