JOB OVERVIEW

E-commerce Virtual Assistant – eBay, Vendoo & Crosslisting

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Virtual Assistant for a long-term position helping manage a growing online resale business.

Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour depending on experience and performance.
Schedule: Potential full-time position (up to 40 hours/week) after a successful paid trial.

Responsibilities

* Create complete eBay listings from product photos and information
* Research products, sold comps, and competitive pricing
* Write optimized SEO titles and professional descriptions
* Complete accurate item specifics
* Use Vendoo to cross-list products
* Manage listings across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, and other marketplaces
* Delist sold inventory from other marketplaces
* Organize inventory and SKUs
* Update and improve older listings
* Basic product photo editing: clean/light backgrounds, lighting improvements, cropping, and removing distractions while keeping products realistic
* Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to identify/research products, improve titles and descriptions, and increase productivity
* Assist with customer messages and basic marketplace management when needed

Ideal Candidate

You should already have hands-on experience with eBay product listing and preferably Vendoo or another cross-listing tool.

Experience with Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, Canva, PhotoRoom, Pixelcut, ChatGPT, or similar tools is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is accurate, fast, organized, communicates well, and can eventually work independently without constant supervision.
