What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our business runs smoothly. Your work will directly impact our customers' experience and help BioNeurix thrive.
Customer Support (Freshdesk)
- Manage and resolve 5+ customer inquiries daily via
- Use and refine canned responses and FAQs for efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactively improve our Freshdesk help widget by adding relevant content from our website.
- Identify common customer questions and propose improvements to FAQs.
E-commerce Support (Shopify)
- Assist with basic Shopify tasks such as order tracking and inventory updates.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Email
- Draft weekly
- Optimize
Social Media Support (Instagram,
- Schedule social media posts using provided content.
- Monitor and engage with comments/messages on social platforms.
- Direct complex customer inquiries from social media to Freshdesk.
AI Content & SEO Support
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai) to generate SEO-optimized content for a secondary website.
- Improve website visibility and organic traffic through optimized content.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
+ 2+ years of Virtual Assistant experience – preferably in e-commerce or customer support. (Highlight past achievements, e.g., "Reduced response time by 30%" or "Increased customer satisfaction by 15%").
+ Tech-savvy – Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Suite, ClickUp, and Freshdesk (or willingness to learn).
+ Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
+ Interest in health and wellness – we want someone who believes in what we do!
+ Proactive & independent – you take initiative and don’t need constant supervision.
+ Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Detail-oriented – accuracy in customer responses, website updates, and content creation.
Bonus Points if You Have:
+ Experience with AI content creation tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai).
+ Knowledge of SEO best practices.
+ Familiarity with WordPress.

- Remote Work (Flexible Schedule – Must be available for at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time)
