This is a long-term, full-time role (40 hrs/week) supporting BioNeurix, a wellness company that helps people feel like themselves again through natural, research-backed supplements.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Customer Support (FreshDesk – Core Focus)
- Respond to customer inquiries (5–10 daily
- Use & refine canned responses while keeping replies warm, empathetic, and accurate.
- Manage subscriptions (cancellations, skips, updates) and basic Shopify order issues.
- Monitor and engage with comments/messages on social platforms (Instagram,

- Draft weekly newsletters based on templates and past examples.
- Help maintain automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, subscription reminders).
- Report on
Content & Website Updates
- Publish SEO blog posts and product content (Shopify blog / WordPress).
- Keep FAQs and FreshDesk Help Widget up to date.
- Support product page updates and minor site content changes.
Operations & Reporting
- Track orders in Shopify; flag anomalies and low inventory.
- Summarize weekly and monthly performance (customer service,
- Build SOPs for recurring tasks so the team runs smoothly.
- Provide a daily summary report (tasks completed, challenges, suggestions).
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
? 2+ years of VA experience in e-commerce or customer support (Shopify, FreshDesk, Klaviyo preferred).
? Excellent English communication skills — warm, clear, and professional.
? Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Google Suite, ClickUp, WordPress).
? Highly proactive — you take ownership, spot problems, and suggest improvements.
? Detail-oriented — accuracy matters in customer replies, product updates, and reports.
? Interest in health & wellness (bonus if you’ve worked in supplements or wellness before).
Extra Bonus Points if You Have:
- SEO and blog publishing experience.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools.
- Experience creating SOPs or process guides.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time: 40 hrs/week
- Remote, flexible hours (must overlap 3 hrs/day with U.S. Pacific Time)
