JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon, Shopee & Lazada Virtual Assistant (Full-Time / Long-Term)

We are a fast-growing international lifestyle & apparel distribution company (based in Dubai) expanding into Amazon, Shopee & Lazada across UAE, Singapore & Southeast Asia.

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of product listings, optimization, and marketplace management across multiple platforms.

This is a long-term role with strong growth potential into an E-commerce Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Optimization (Core Focus)

Create high-converting listings for:

Amazon

Shopee

Lazada

Write optimized:

Titles

Bullet points / descriptions

Backend keywords (Amazon)

Conduct keyword research (Helium10, etc.)

Optimize for:

SEO ranking

Conversion rate

Manage product variations (size, color, bundles)

2. Marketplace Management

Manage Seller Central (Amazon), Shopee Seller Center & Lazada Seller Center

Upload and update products across all platforms

Handle listing errors, suppressed products, and platform issues

Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies

Coordinate with platform support when needed

3. Content & Visual Optimization

Work with designers to improve:

Product images

A+ Content (Amazon)

Shopee & Lazada visuals

Brand Store / Shop pages

Ensure all listings follow premium brand positioning

4. Performance & Ads Support

Assist in:

Amazon PPC

Shopee Ads

Lazada Sponsored Ads

Track and report:

Sales performance

Conversion rates

Keyword rankings

Suggest data-driven improvements

5. Competitor & Market Research

Analyze competitors across all platforms

Identify:

Trending products

Pricing strategies

Keyword opportunities

Recommend improvements and new product ideas

? Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience in E-commerce marketplaces

Strong experience with Amazon (must-have)

Experience with Shopee and/or Lazada (highly preferred)

Strong skills in:

Listing creation & optimization

Keyword research

Good understanding of:

Marketplace SEO

FBA and marketplace logistics

Excellent written English

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Ability to manage multiple platforms independently
