JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an organized and reliable E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day management of an online store. The role will focus on WooCommerce product management, website updates, product images, basic marketing support, and coordination with international suppliers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WooCommerce, Canva, and AI tools, communicates confidently in English, and is comfortable working independently while keeping the team updated.

Must Have
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience managing products, inventory, and product variations
- Experience using Canva for product images, banners, and promotional materials
- Familiarity with Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads for basic campaign management
- Comfortable using AI tools for creating or adapting Hebrew content
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Ability to communicate with international suppliers in English
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when clarification is needed

Responsibilities
- E-commerce & Website Management
- Manage products and inventory in WooCommerce
- Add, remove, and update products and product variations
- Maintain product information and website content
- Update website banners and monthly promotions
- Prepare and edit product images using Canva
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product images, catalogs, and product information
- Basic Digital Marketing Support
- Upload and schedule posts for the business's social media pages
- Activate and deactivate existing Meta and Google Ads campaigns based on instructions
- Support monthly promotions and website marketing updates
- Assist with preparing basic visual content using Canva

The role does not require creating new advertising campaigns or conducting A/B testing.

Import & Supplier Coordination
- Organize and maintain import-related documents and files
- Check documents for completeness based on established requirements
- Communicate with international suppliers regarding products and documentation
- Assist with product sourcing and supplier research
- Request and organize product catalogs, images, pricing, and other supplier information

Plus to Have
- Previous experience supporting an e-commerce business
- Experience with product sourcing or importing
- Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers or suppliers
- Familiarity with import documentation and processes
- Experience working with Israeli or Hebrew-language e-commerce stores
- Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms or tools
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or translation
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising
