E-commerce UGC Copywriter / Content Expert (A-Player Only)
Remote | $2800/month base salary + performance-based incentives up to $4,000+

We run five e-commerce brands doing multiple eight figures annually, and we’re looking for a killer UGC Copywriter & Content Expert to own the UGC process, write high-converting ad copy, and drive performance across our brands.

This is not a junior role. We need a strategic thinker, a fast executor, and an A-player who thrives in a high-speed, high-growth environment. You’ll be working alongside our team of media buyers, store managers, video editors, designers, and email marketers to create content that drives serious revenue.

What You’ll Do
-Write UGC scripts – Create compelling, conversion-driven scripts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads.
-Craft high-converting ad copy – Write hooks, captions, and ad descriptions that drive sales.
-Optimize and repurpose UGC – Turn raw content from creators into polished, high-performance marketing assets.
-Conduct competitor research – Analyze winning ads, identify trends, and create better-performing content.
-Communicate with creators – Manage outreach, brief UGC creators, and ensure quality content delivery.
-Collaborate with our team – Work closely with media buyers, store managers, video editors, designers, and email marketers to ensure seamless execution.
-Track performance and improve – Analyze UGC impact on CTR, ROAS, and engagement. Continuously refine strategies.
