To My Future E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator,

E-Warehouse is a growing e-commerce and wholesale distribution company selling across Amazon, Walmart, third-party marketplaces, and directly to wholesale customers.

As the company continues to grow, I am looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator to work directly alongside me and help manage the day-to-day supply chain and operations of the company.

This is one of the most important positions within our company.

I need someone who can become an organizational brain within E-Warehouse. Someone who knows what inventory we have, what is coming in, what needs to be replenished, what our 3PL received, what is still outstanding from suppliers, what needs to be updated in our ERP, and what still needs to be followed up on.

This role is heavily focused on inventory, Amazon FBA, 3PL coordination, purchase orders, replenishment, ERP management, and keeping our records accurate.

I am looking for someone who naturally catches mistakes, follows up on loose ends, stays organized, and notices when something does not make sense.

Small mistakes in this position can become expensive problems. Extreme attention to detail is non-negotiable.

What You'll Be Doing

Inventory, Replenishment and Amazon FBA
Monitor inventory levels and identify when products need to be reordered or replenished.
Review sales and inventory levels to help prevent stockouts.
Review FBA shipments prepared by our 3PL and make sure the correct SKUs and quantities are being sent.
Monitor seller-fulfilled marketplace inventory and update quantities as needed.
Help manage inventory across multiple listings and marketplaces.

Marketplace Operations
Monitor Amazon and Walmart marketplace activity.
Understand Amazon Buy Box basics and third-party seller competition.
Investigate sudden increases or decreases in sales.
Monitor competitor pricing and make pricing adjustments when needed.
Understand when another seller is undercutting us, how much inventory they have, how long they have been doing it, and whether we should respond.
Recognize opportunities to raise pricing when competing sellers go out of stock.

ERP, Purchase Orders and Inventory Control
Maintain accurate records inside our ERP.
Log purchase orders, inventory receipts, shipments, and other activity.
Compare what suppliers shipped against what our 3PL actually received.
Identify partial deliveries, short shipments, and inventory discrepancies.
Follow up with suppliers and the 3PL until issues are resolved.

3PL and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate inbound deliveries with our 3PL.
Monitor purchase orders and shipments from supplier through receiving.
Follow up when deliveries are delayed, split, incomplete, or incorrectly recorded.
Communicate with vendors and warehouse partners as needed.

Accounts Payable and Wholesale Operations
Review and process vendor payables and keep track of payment deadlines.
Review invoices and flag discrepancies when necessary.
Assist with onboarding new wholesale/B2B customers and maintain their information inside the ERP/CRM.
Assist existing wholesale customers by phone and email.
Assist with customer support on Amazon and Walmart.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in e-commerce supply chain, inventory, logistics, or operations.
2+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience strongly preferred.
Experience with inventory replenishment and stock management.
Experience managing purchase orders and inventory receipts.
Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouses.
Strong hands-on ERP or inventory management system experience.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, Cin7, SAP, Oracle, Inventory Planner, SoStocked, or a similar system.
Amazon Seller Central experience.
Walmart Marketplace experience.
Accounts payable experience.
Wholesale and B2B operations experience.

WHO YOU ARE
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Comfortable keeping track of many moving pieces at once.
Strong follow-through. Sending an email does not mean the task is finished.
