JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a confident and motivated **Sales / Cold Calling Representative** who knows how to connect with customers, handle objections, and turn conversations into sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, enjoys working toward targets, and can build rapport without sounding overly scripted or aggressive.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of cold calling or sales experience preferred, ideally within e-commerce
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills
* Ability to quickly learn products and explain their benefits clearly
* Strong active listening and rapport-building skills
* Goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable working toward sales targets
* Resilient and able to stay positive after rejection
* Coachable and open to feedback
* Professional, reliable, and accountable
* Comfortable using basic computer systems, CRMs, and online tools

Work-From-Home Requirements

* Reliable computer suitable for calls and CRM work

You’ll be a strong fit if you’re someone who can confidently lead a sales conversation while still making the customer feel heard. We’re not looking for someone who simply reads a script. We want someone who can listen, adapt, overcome objections, and build trust.
