RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn priorities into tasks with clear owners, deadlines, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate designers, developers, marketers, customer support, and operations team members.
- Manage product launches, promotions, website updates, and operational improvement projects.
- Maintain the project board, follow up on commitments, and flag risks early.
- Check deliverables against briefs before handing them over for approval.
- Document SOPs and improve recurring workflows.
- Provide concise weekly updates covering progress, blockers, priorities, and decisions needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting notes, document organization, and maintaining trackers.
- Coordinate recruitment: prepare job posts, organize applications, support screening against agreed role requirements, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding checklists, training schedules, team records, and leave or attendance tracking.
- Follow up on team performance commitments and escalate staffing or delivery issues to the owner.
- Handle internal documents and applicant or team information confidentially.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce projects and coordinating remote teams.
- Strong written English, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, including store updates, marketing campaigns, and order operations.
- Ability to identify dependencies, clarify ambiguous tasks, and communicate problems early.
- Experience supporting administrative workflows and recruitment or HR coordination.
- Application requirement: include your MBTI personality type; if you don’t know it, write “not sure.”
HOW TO APPLY
Please include:
1. A short overview of your relevant e-commerce project management, admin, and HR experience.
2. One project you managed: your responsibilities, the main challenge, and the outcome.
3. The project management and e-commerce tools you have used.
4. Your weekly availability and time zone.
5. Your MBTI type (or “not sure”), plus a brief description of how you prefer to communicate and organize work.
Please also answer: A launch is due in three days, the creative assets are late, and the developer is blocked. What would you do first, and how would you keep everyone informed?
