JOB OVERVIEW

Core Responsibilities

1. Shopify Product & Collection Management (Fashion Focus)
• Create and manage Shopify collections for fashion products (manual & automated)
• Upload and maintain fashion products, including:
• Clean, structured product titles
• Variant setup (sizes, colors, SKUs)
• Product descriptions based on SOP
• Ensure correct pricing for fashion dropshipping:
• Base price
• Compare-at price (when applicable)
• Margin alignment per SOP
• Assign products to the correct fashion collections (e.g. categories, trends, drops)
• Maintain a clean, conversion-ready store structure

2. Fashion Visuals & Image Control
• Upload and organize high-quality fashion product images
• Ensure:
• Correct image order (hero image first)
• Consistent styling and cropping
• No low-quality, stretched, or duplicated images
• Align all visuals with frontend and branding guidelines

3. SOP & Funnel Execution (Mandatory)
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures without deviation
• Execute:
• Fashion product launch funnels
• Collection update flows
• Pricing update funnels
• Log all work accurately in Sheets / Notion / ClickUp

4. Frontend & Store Support
• Support frontend optimization when needed:
• Collection order optimization
• Category structure improvements
• Identify and report:
• Broken fashion products
• Wrong prices or variants
• Visual or structural issues

5. Flexibility & Operational Support
• Jump in on other fashion e-commerce tasks when required:
• Bulk product edits
• Store cleanups
• Drops or seasonal updates
• Support the Operations Manager when needed

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory
• Proven experience with Shopify fashion dropshipping
• Deep understanding of:
• Fashion product setup
• Collections & categorization
• Pricing logic in dropshipping
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with strict SOPs
• Comfortable with:
• Google Sheets
• Task management tools
• Availability: 35–45 hours/week

Nice to Have
• Experience with multiple fashion dropshipping stores
• Basic CRO or frontend awareness
• Understanding of fast product rotation & drops

KPIs & Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on:
• Pricing & setup accuracy
• Collection structure quality
• SOP compliance
• Speed without quality loss
• Error rate (must stay below strict threshold)

? Repeated mistakes or SOP violations will result in termination.
