About the Role

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Store Manager to take ownership of our online stores.

You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Shopify infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across product listings, themes set-up + Optimisation, and backend systems.

This is not a VA role.
This is a core operational position.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage Shopify stores
• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, variants, SEO)
• Configure themes and customize layouts
• Manage apps and integrations
• Optimize site speed and performance
• Implement CRO improvements
• Maintain clean backend structure (collections, tags, metafields)
• Monitor store functionality and fix bugs
• Coordinate with marketing & creative teams for launches
• Ensure promotions and bundles function properly
• Manage product inventory and availability

Ideal Candidate
• Strong Shopify experience (1–3+ years preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented
• Process-driven and organized
• Comfortable working independently
• Analytical mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Able to follow structured systems
• Understands basic CRO principles
• Familiar with page builders (e.g., Shrine, Dawn, etc.)
• Bonus: Liquid knowledge
