JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Head of E-commerce & Operations (Shopify + ERP + AI Creative)

Location: Remote (Europe time zone overlap required)
Availability: Full-time (8h/day) – Immediate responsiveness required

## About the Role

We are looking for a high-level operator to take full ownership of our e-commerce business.

This is not a freelance role, not a side job, and not a support function.

You will run the entire e-commerce operation end-to-end, including Shopify, ERP coordination, content creation (including AI), campaigns, operations, customer service, and performance.

- You will start as a standalone operator

- Must be immediately reachable in real time during working hours

## Core Responsibility

You are responsible for the full execution and performance of the e-commerce ecosystem

---

### 1. Shopify Management & Sales Optimization
- Full Shopify management (online + POS)
- Product creation (high-end, conversion-focused)
- Luxury-level copywriting
- Collection structuring and merchandising
- Upsell / cross-sell optimization
- Checkout optimization
- Discount campaigns (online + POS)
- Creation of campaign-based mini-sites

### 2. Campaigns & Growth Execution
- Build and execute campaigns for:
- Ibiza
- Palma
- Concierge channels
- Online campaigns
- Create dedicated landing pages
- Manage discount codes and tracking
- Ensure full alignment between ads, landing pages, and in-store execution

### 3. Concierge Network Development (CRITICAL GROWTH CHANNEL)

You are responsible for building and managing a concierge-driven sales network

This includes:

- Identifying and onboarding concierges (hotels, services, partners)
- Creating personalized landing pages per concierge
- Setting up tracking systems (codes / links / attribution)
- Managing invitations and communication flows
- Monitoring performance per concierge
- Ensuring commission tracking and reporting
- Continuously expanding and optimizing the network

This channel is considered a key revenue driver

### 4. AI Content Creation & Visual Production
- Create lookbook visuals from product images (AI)
- Generate high-fashion/luxury model visuals
- Create and optimize packshots
- Produce short-form video content
- Edit images (Canva / Photoshop)
- Add luxury-tone text overlays
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels

### 5. ERP & Shopify Synchronization (CRITICAL)
- Daily stock verification (Shopify vs ERP)
- Resolve discrepancies immediately
- Manage stock priority:
- Valencia 3PL ? Ibiza ? Palma
- Ensure correct order flow (Shopify ? ERP ? shipping)
- Detect missing / duplicated / blocked orders
- Ensure shipment ? invoicing consistency
- Monitor returns and corrections

### 6. Operations & Logistics
- Daily order monitoring
- Warehouse and store coordination
- Ensure correct and timely shipping
- Manage stock transfers
- Prevent operational issues

---

### 7. Customer Service
- Manage all customer communication
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Maintain brand positioning

---

### 8. Financial & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor payments and validation
- Verify sales vs transactions
- Weekly performance reporting

---

## Daily & Weekly Structure

Daily:
- Stock control (Shopify vs ERP)
- Order flow validation
- Issue detection and resolution
- Execution across all domains

Weekly:
- Sales report per channel
- Concierge network performance review
- Conversion and growth analysis
- Action plan

---

## Required Profile

- Proven Shopify end-to-end experience
- ERP experience (mandatory)
- Strong operational and commercial mindset
- Fast execution and high responsiveness
- Experience in fashion/retail preferred
- Ability to build and manage growth channels

- Shopify (expert)
- ERP systems
- Canva / Photoshop
- AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Landing page builders (Pagefly, Zeno or similar)
